In a recent interview with Danish magazine Cover the master of fetish-chic himself was asked about his impossibly high 16mm heels. He responded casually that they are meant to be walked on "only when getting in and out of the limo".
these photographs are GREAT. such gritty, slimy glamour. The gold CL/Rodarte pic is the most dramatic... seeing the sharp spikes upon the delicate flesh of the fish is quite unnerving.

That response was hilarious! I wish I lived a life of total frivolity where I only used 16cm shoes to walk from a limo to a door. Hehe! And I am in total love with the red suede t-strap sandals you posted above! They're dreamy!
they are lovely, especially the yellow boots ([pict 1) but i can't imagine anyone being able to last in them. however, i always appreciate a beautiful woman in beautiful shoes.

an amazing assortment - Love! My favorite are the fuschia buttoned booties. perfection.
I'm a girl who can't live without her collection of 14cm heels (I get my shoes custom made -- no one in their right mind would retail that, right?). I use them everyday for walking around absolutely everywhere -- I suppose some of us are lucky enough to have feet that work fine with sky-high heels. I'm an unlucky soul who actually can't wear flats.
You can imagine the rise in my heart rate when I set my eyes upon those glorious babies... palpitations... not... stopping!
